Pest Control Contracts for Residential Customers
We offer 12 monthly or 4 quarterly contract treatments for all residential homes to tackle all known pests. Whether you’re looking for rodent control or insect removal, we can help keep your home pest free.
Having a pest infestation in your home can be a very distressing experience which can impact on your mental health, sleep and many other issues. Pests can spread disease, create unpleasant smells and cause considerable damage to your property and belongings. They can also put friends and family off coming over to visit. They can also be a nuisance for your neighbours and your reputation.
We offer fast and effective treatments in response to an infestation as well as provide comprehensive pest control solutions to your home. Our service is designed to ensure that we are able to match the needs of your property and budget, and effectively deliver pest treatments to ensure the risk to person and property is kept to a minimum. We will offer a friendly personal service with a smile as we are committed to you choose to keep us every year or until the pest has been eradicated permanently.

This will lead to longer term protection and prevention. We will ensure you are given first class treatment and response by offering 2 free call outs a year.
We will do this by;
- Answer your call, email or enquiry quickly as a top priority
- Provide a free no obligation quotation for other works outside of the contract
- Inspect your property and grounds on every visit and suggest what recommendations are needed to be done
- Agree the best times to carry out the treatments within your schedule
- Report and document the works carried out in line with Health and Safety and COSHH requirements
- We provide treatment plans, service reports and a comprehensive file linked to your property
Pricing and cost
We work out the contract considering the following factors:
- Reactive treatment this is a one-off treatment to reduce the immediate impact of an infestation. This can range from 1-4 weeks.
- Contract 12 monthly visits per year or 4 quarterly visits per year to prevent, treat and monitor identified risks at your property.
Quotes are worked out by:
- Size of home and area to be treated
- Amount of equipment required
- Time on site
- Type of solution or treatments required
Any additional emergency call out charges (other pest issues, for example: wasps / flies) outside of the contract agreement.
