BEEKIND™ Pest Control is a local, award-winning pest control company based in Chippenham, serving homes and businesses across Bath, Bristol and the surrounding areas of Wiltshire.
We were set up to show that pest control does not have to mean killing everything. Our approach is humane and responsible: we investigate properly, save wildlife from unnecessary harm wherever we can, and focus on prevention and proofing so problems do not keep coming back.
Hi, I am Matt, and I chose the name BEEKIND™ for many reasons. Pest controllers can get a bad reputation, with people assuming all we do is kill everything. BEEKIND™ is here to change that perspective, with a humane approach to wildlife where we save what we can from harm.
I am also a passionate advocate for saving bees. Bees are vital pollinators, and I want our children to grow up with fresh fruit and vegetables. By educating people about bees and saving as many colonies as we can, we help these important insects carry on doing their work.
Too often I am called out to spray bees that turn out to be masonry or mining bees, which are usually harmless. My aim is to change how people think about these situations, and to show that not every pest controller wants to destroy what they find.
Before BEEKIND™, I served in the Guards Division for 10 years. During that time I learned how many ex-service men and women struggle with their mental health, and how many other people face the same pressures, from the rising cost of living to difficult working environments and personal loss. So when you see my brand, my van or me, I ask you to try to be kind to each other too.

The BEEKIND™ name reflects how we work. Rather than reaching straight for treatment, we start by investigating the problem, identifying exactly what is involved and finding the most responsible way to resolve it.
For honey bees, that means safe removal and relocation wherever reasonably possible, with full project management from investigation and removal through to reinstatement and proofing.
For birds, it means humane, legally compliant bird proofing that stops them returning, rather than harming them. And across every service, we focus on prevention so you are not left dealing with the same problem again.
